How can we help?

Quick answers for currency conversion, metals, Bitcoin, and app settings.

Where do Globara prices come from?

Globara retrieves currency, precious metal, and Bitcoin market data from online pricing services. Rates may be delayed or temporarily unavailable, and they are provided for general information only.

How is my default currency selected?

The app uses an approximate country lookup to suggest the currency commonly used in your region. You can choose a different currency at any time.

Why is the converted amount different from my bank?

Banks, cards, exchanges, and payment providers can add their own margins and fees. Globara shows a reference market rate, not a guaranteed transaction rate.

What should I do if prices are unavailable?

Check your internet connection, wait briefly, then tap the refresh or retry button. Temporary provider maintenance can also delay updates.

Does Globara require an account?

No. You can use Globara without creating an account or signing in.

How do ads and privacy choices work?

Globara uses Google AdMob to display ads. Where required, the app presents consent and privacy choices. You can reopen available privacy choices from inside the app.

Is Globara financial advice?

No. Prices and conversions are informational only. Always confirm the final rate and fees with your bank, broker, merchant, or financial provider before making a transaction.
